Hi, I’m Claudia 😊. I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where I began my journey as a software developer in my twenties. While my career in technology took off, I found myself drawn to the world of Holistic Therapies when I was 25. I devoured books on Crystals, Reiki, Angelic Tarot, and Archangels, but at that time, I didn’t feel ready to fully embrace that path. My interest faded into the background as my career took center stage.

In 2015, I decided to explore a new direction and earned diplomas as a Yoga Teacher and Pilates Mat and Reformer Instructor 🧘‍♀️. Though I wasn’t quite ready to teach, I knew in my heart that someday, I would. In the meantime, I devoted my spare time to practicing Yoga and Pilates, tailoring exercises to help with the neck and back pain I had accumulated from years of working at a computer.

By 2019, I turned to self-hypnosis and meditation 🧘‍♀️ to help manage the stress that came with my job. Little did I know, a bigger change was on the horizon. In early 2020, I moved to Ireland 🇮🇪, right before the pandemic began. As life slowed down, I rediscovered my passion for healing therapies. A chance encounter with a Chinese acupuncturist reignited my curiosity about Meridians and Traditional Chinese Medicine, and suddenly, everything clicked. I realized that healing was my true calling 💖.

I enrolled in an International Reiki Diploma course, and from that moment, my life began to transform 🌟. Reiki helped me heal physically and emotionally, and when combined with my yoga, Pilates, and personalized exercises, I finally found relief from my pain and stress. I also adopted an intermittent fasting diet, which helped me lose ten kilos and regain my balance. Today, I’m happier, healthier, and more grounded, with a positive outlook that makes achieving my goals feel natural 😊.

Finally, I started my practice as an Energy Healer ✨, helping others improve their lives with the same tools that changed mine: Reiki, Crystal Therapy, Yoga and Pilates personalized exercises, Hand and Face Reflexology (Diem Chan), Sound Healing, and Aromatherapy treatments.
